New Delhi: A video has surfaced on the social media of a BJP MLA from Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, where he can be seen shouting at a woman sub-inspector. The video was shared by news agency ANI on its Twitter handle. BJP MLA Rajkumar Thukral can be seen threatening sub inspector of City Patrol Unit Anita Gairola for detaining two people over traffic violation. The incident is of Friday and Thukral can be seen advancing angrily towards the lady cop and shouting at her. Watch:

This is not the first time that the MLA has been captured throwing a fit. Previously too, in the month of May a video of Thukral had gone viral on social media where he was seen abusing some toll plaza employee near Kichha in US Nagar district. A month before that he was in news for allegedly roughing a woman, who had come to him to resolve a matter. The video of the incident that had gone viral Thukral was seen furiously pushing and beating the woman.
