Varanasi: 13-year-old gang-raped, left in unconscious state

Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: In a bone chilling incident jolted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s political constituency Varanasi’s Chabapur region. A 13-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by 3 men while she was returning from a prayer meet. The innocent girl was found in the fields the next day on Saturday in an unconscious state. After which she was immediately taken to the hospital and a medical examination was conducted. The girl told the officials that she cannot remember the names of the accused, but can recognize them by face. Her father suspects that the heinous crime is committed by three men drinking outside his house the same day girl went missing. “A boy named Golu, along with 2 others were drinking outside our house. I am suspecting the crime has been committed by them”. All three accused are on a run and are yet to be nabbed. The cops have filed a case and a probe has been initiated; but no arrests have been made so far. Further details are awaited.
