UP CM Adityanath Performs 'Jal Abhishek' With Kabul River Water At Ram Temple Site In Ayodhya

Ayodhya News: CM Adityanath worshipped Ramlala at Ram Janmabhoomi temple site during his visit to Ayodhya.

CM Yogi Adityanath Ayodhya Visit: Deepotsav will be celebrated in a grand manner at Ram Nagari Ayodhya. About 80 per cent of the preparations for Deepotsav have been completed. This time 9 lakh lamps will be lit in the Deepotsav, in which 7 lakh 51 thousand lamps will be illuminated on Ram Ki Paidi and 1.5 lakh lamps will be lit on the ancient Math temple and kunds including the prangan of Ramlala in Ayodhya.

CM Yogi Adityanath visited Ayodhya on Sunday regarding the preparation for Deepotsav.

During his visit to Ayodhya, CM Yogi Adityanath worshipped Ramlala at Ram Janmabhoomi temple site. 'Jal Abhishek' was performed with the water from a Kabul river at Shriram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. The waters of the Kabul river sent by an Afghan girl were mixed with Gangajal and poured on the Ram temple construction site following the direction of PM Narendra Modi.  

Jhankis to be centre of attraction

Significantly, 11 jhankis will be the centre of special attraction in the fifth Deepotsav. The traditional procession of Deepotsav will begin from Saket Mahavidyalaya and will go to Ram Katha Park. Based on the life events of Lord Rama, jhankis will be carried out throughout the city on 11 vehicles. This time too, 7 lakh 51 thousand lamps will be lit on Ram Ki Paidi and volunteers of Awadh University will once again try to break their own record which was set last year. 

Preparations for laser show completed 
12,000 volunteers have been deployed to light lamps with a target of lighting 65 lamps per student. Preparations for laser show projectors on Ram Ki Paidi have also been completed and a platform has also been set up for special guests to sit. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel will inaugurate the Deepotsav by lighting the lamp.
