Telangana IT Professional, Who Went Missing In New South Wales, Found Dead In Australia

Aravind, A 30-year-old from Shadnagar town in Telangana, who has been working as an IT professional in Australia was found dead in New South Wales.

A 30-year-old IT professional from Shadnagar town in Telangana, who had gone missing in New South Wales, Australia, was found dead, according to his family.

As per PTI, Aravind's relative Krishna A stated on Saturday that the Australian authorities notified Aravind's family members about his death on Friday after his body was found in Sydney's sea. The cause of his death remains unclear, and an investigation is still in process, Krishna added.

Aravind's family members and relatives appealed for help from the Central government to bring back his son's dead body to Hyderabad from New South Wales as soon as possible.

Family Lodge Missing Complaint With New South Wales Police On May 20

Aravind has been working as an IT professional in Australia since 2017 and got married two years ago. The couple had planned a trip to India and had already booked tickets, while Aravind's mother, who had been staying with him in Australia, had recently returned to India.

Aravind informed his wife on May 19 that he was taking their car to the garage but went missing afterward. Later, his wife called him but received no response, leading them to file a missing person complaint with New South Wales police on May 20. Aravind's body was later found near a beach in Sydney, and a DNA test confirmed his identity.

According to the report of PTI, Aravind, originally from Shadnagar, was the only son of the late local BJP leader Arati Krishna Yadav.

Krishna has requested the union government to arrange for Aravind's body to be brought back home. Following this request, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy wrote to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to provide the necessary assistance in bringing back Aravind's mortal remains to India.
