Rahul Gandhi Attacks PM Modi. Asks About MSP, False Cases Against Farmers & Action In Lakhimpur Violence
Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have apologized for bringing in anti-agricultural laws but he should explain in the Parliament as to how he would atone.
New Delhi: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has once again hit out at the Narendra Modi government at the Centre over the repealed farm laws.
Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have apologized for bringing in anti-agricultural laws but he should explain in the Parliament as to how he would atone.
Taking a dig at Modi, Rahul Gandhi tweeted, "While PM apologized for enacting an anti-agri-law, he needs to tell Parliament how will he atone for it? When will the Minister be suspended in Lakhimpur case? How much and when will the compensation be given to the martyred farmers? When would false cases against 'Satyagrahis' (protestors) be withdrawn? When will a law on MSP be enacted? Without all this, asking for forgiveness is incomplete!"
While PM has apologized for enacting an anti-agro-law, let the Parliament be known

How will he atone:
When will the Minister be suspended in Lakhimpur case?
How much and when will the compensation be given to the martyred farmers?
When would false cases against 'Satyagrahis' (protestors) be withdrawn?
When will a law on MSP be enacted?
Without all this, asking for forgiveness is incomplete!" #FarmLaws

However, two days back, the Central Government said in the Parliament since there was no data on the number of farmers who died during the stir, there was no question of compensation.
