In the afternoon, they will be restricted at delegation level talks followed by dinner. On September 5 morning, there will be some bilateral talks. The Head of State of Mangolia and the Prime Ministers of Japan and Malaysia will also be attending the EEF. In the afternoon, the Foreign Secretary said, there will be an EEF plenary meeting. "And then just before the Prime Minister departs, President Putin and Prime Minister Modi will jointly visit a major judo championship which will take place in Vladivostok," he said. Gokhale said a six-member Indian judo team is in Vladivostok to participate in the international championship. "The Prime Minister will deliver an address.
