J&K Forces Bust Lashkar-e-Taiba Hideout In Awantipora; 1 Terror Associate Arrested
Case Has been registered at Police Station Pampore under relevant sections of Unlawful Activity Act and one terrorist associate Adil Ahmad Shah has been arrested in the case.
Awantipora police has busted an underground hideout and recovered arms and ammunition in Pulwama. Acting on a specific information about the presence of terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba in a hideout, security forces busted a hideout after hectic searches.

The underground hideout was constructed in a house in village chandhara Pampore and was in the shape of a bunker, enough to accommodate up to 5 people. Police along with 50 RR and 110 Bn CRPF carried out a search of the houses on Sunday morning and during search one large hideout was found in the cow shed of the house.
Incriminating material of proscribed outfit Lashker-e-Taiba and 26 round of bullets of AK-47 were recovered from the said hideout. Case registered under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and one terrorist arrested. https://t.co/P2lsw5NFVs

The size of the hideout is approximately 10ft x5ft x5ft `with small opening coved by a lid and a tunnel of about 6ft leading to the hideout. Incriminating material of proscribed outfit Lashker-e-Taiba and 26 round of AK-47 were recovered from the said hideout.
