2 LeT Hybrid Terrorists Surrender By Security Forces In J&K
Two Lashkar-e-Taiba hybrid terrorists, Irfan Bashir and Uzair Salam, surrendered in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, after a security forces operation.

Two hybrid terrorists associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba have surrendered in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district.
Irfan Bashir and Uzair Salam have been booked in an FIR after they surrendered following an operation launched by security forces in Baskuchan area on Wednesday.
Two AK-56 rifles, 4 magazines, 102 rounds (7.62x39mm), 2 hand grenades, 2 pouches 5,400 rupees in cash, one mobile phone, a smartwatch, two packets of biscuits, and an Aadhaar card were recovered from them.
On Thursday, Jammu and Kashmir Police stated that two hybrid terrorists, linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), were arrested during the ongoing cordon-and-search operation (CASO) in the Baskuchan area of South Kashmir's Shopian district.
According to officials, the operation was conducted jointly by the Shopian Special Operations Group (SOG), Indian Army's 44 RR, and CRPF’s 178 Battalion, based on specific intelligence inputs.
They further revealed that the area was cordoned off, and movements of the terrorists were spotted in a nearby orchard.
