CM Adityanath's cleanliness drive in police stations, cops to broom every Friday
Uttar Pradesh: Walking on the lines of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in an attempt to realize his aspiration of seeing Swachh Bharat, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken a fresh step to ensure cleanliness in the state.
In an order released by the newly appointed Chief Minister, he has asked the Uttar Pradesh police to run a cleanliness drive at police stations and police lines every Friday. The most interesting part in Yogi’s order is the fact that the police officers themselves would clean the police stations.
The cleanliness drive took a start on Tuesday morning. A lot of people were startled to see policemen brooming outside the police stations.
