'Don't Want To Play Blame Game': Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Takes Responsibility For Stubble Burning In Punjab

CM Arvind Kejriwal said that he is not willing to blame anyone on the issue of air pollution. He said if stubble burning is happening in Punjab, his government is responsible for it.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken responsibility for the stubble burning in Punjab while addressing a joint press conference with Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on Friday.  

“It is our government in Punjab and Delhi. We know that stubble burning is happening in Punjab, and farmers are not responsible for this. We do not want to play the blame-game on this, it is our government in Punjab, and we take responsibility for stubble burning in the state.”

CM Kejriwal urged the Central government to take appropriate action to address the issue of air pollution across north India. He further said that his party has only served for six months in the state, and incidents of stubble burning will significantly decline by next year.
