Viral video: Bank's president beats employees for 'not exceeding themselves'

Beijing: In China, a video has gone viral on social media showing a corporate trainer publicly spanking and humiliating bank workers for "not exceeding themselves". During an onstage exercise, trainer Jiang Yang asked the employees, why they ranked the lowest? Each of the employees responds by saying because they have not exceeded themselves! On this, Jiang beats the four men and four women hard on their backsides four times each with what seems to be a wooden rod. Some of the employees of the Changzhi Zhangze Rural Commercial Bank can be seen recoiling in pain. People watching the incident cry out in surprise. The video goes viral on social media.
