Milk Boiling Tips:  Milk is beneficial for health as it is rich in calcium, protein, vitamins, and many types of minerals. It provides the body full nutrition. Drinking milk makes the body strong, but do you know that many people make mistakes while boiling milk.

Due to one mistake, the body is not able to get the full benefits of milk. Many boil the milk for a long time in order to thicken it up. At the same time, some make the mistake of boiling milk again and again. Some people slow down the gas after the milk comes to a boil and the milk continues to boil for a long time.

Do you know that none of these methods of boiling milk is right? 

In fact, it has been revealed in many pieces of research that by boiling milk for a long time or boiling it repeatedly, the nutrients are destroyed. Due to this, your body does not get all the benefits of milk. 

Proper Way To Boil Milk:

1- The right way to boil milk is that after keeping the milk on the flame, keep stirring it continuously with a spoon or ladle. 
2- When the milk comes to a boil, then turn off the gas.
3- Do not make the mistake of boiling milk again and again after boiling it. 
4- The number of times you boil milk, its nutrients will be destroyed.
5- Try to boil the milk only once. If it seems that the milk will get spoiled then you can boil it once more. 

Keep these things in mind while drinking milk
1- If you drink milk after eating food, then eat only half your stomach, otherwise you may have digestive problems. 

2- Do not drink milk with brinjal and onion food, it can lead to skin diseases. 

3- Never drink milk with fish and non-veg. This can lead to white patches or leucoderma on the skin. 

4- Do not drink milk immediately after the meal. This can cause heaviness in the stomach and digestive problems.

5- Avoid eating salty things with milk.
