After an extended hiatus, the happy pair will be seen on the big screen again. The film ‘Ved,’ starring Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza, is their joint effort.

A flood of birthday wishes flooded the comments section for the actor.

Several months ago, Riteish Deshmukh declared Ved to be his next film. Upon posting a poster for the film online, he remarked, “After being in front of the camera for 20 years, I take a big leap to stand behind it for the first time. As I direct my first Marathi film, I humbly ask you all for your good wishes and blessings. Be a part of this journey, be a part of this madness.”

The film will open in theatres on December 30.
