Who Is Justh? The Viral Singer Who Met A 'Chor' At Night

Hailing from India, Justh initially pursued a career as a chartered accountant but has now taken the internet by storm with his viral song 'Chor.'

If you're someone who habitually checks your phone and enjoys scrolling reels on Facebook and Instagram, then you must have come across the latest viral track, 'Chor.' Sung by Justh, this song has achieved remarkable success. Hailing from India, Justh initially pursued a career as a chartered accountant but has now taken the internet by storm with his viral song 'Chor.' Released in December 2023, the track has gained immense popularity, resonating with audiences through its relatable lyrics.

While 'Chor' stands out as the most viral song on platforms like Spotify India and globally, amassing over 1.5 million views on YouTube, Justh insists that receiving acknowledgment for his "art" was never his primary goal.

"I think there is no such thing as a stage name or a non-stage name. Justh is only making tea. Justh is only having his food and Justh is only performing. So I don’t believe in this concept like this is a stage name and this is a non-stage name,” he told The Indian Express

Sharing a screenshot from Spotify which shows 'Chor' in the Viral 50 list, Justh wrote, "Chor is now the Global Number 1 Viral Song at the moment on Spotify. Like Worldwide Number 1 Viral Song at the moment. This is something else. I don’t know what to say. This is an independent release. No labels, no marketing money. No nothing. Just your love. Thank you so so much"

"My music comes from a space of deep rooted soul emotions. I really value my audience and make sure they get an absolutely unique experience that stays with them for a long time," he adds.

He has also shared his love for travel saying, "I have travelled with my music and have performed at various venues in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, also did a national tour for Motojojo and have been performing all over India at venues such as The Habitat, Bandcamp, Prithvi Theatre, Hive, Cuckoo Club, The Finch and have performed at various college festivals and music festivals like Under 25, Spoken Fest, Tribe Vibe, Lil Flea and more."
