New Delhi: Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif began 2023 with an intention of getting the blessings of God. The two visited the Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai on Friday with Vicky's mother Veena Kaushal. Katrina and Vicky recently returned from their Rajasthan vacation and welcomed the new year in Mumbai among friends and family. Pictures of Katrina and Vicky from the SIddhivinayak temple have been doing the rounds on social media.

In the pictures, we see Katrina in a no makeup look in a simple green salwar-suit while Vicky is seen in a  white shirt and beige pants. Vicky's mother was seen beside Katrina in a gray suit. They were also given yellow patkas by the priest.

A fan account shared pictures from the insides of the Siddhivinayak temple on social media. Soon after the pictures were shared, fans flooded the comments thread with posts like, "Respect for Katrina", “Cute family God bless all of you", "Respect respect for both of them but specially Katrina" and "so beautiful”.

Earlier, Vicky and Katrina had hosted a Christmas feast at their Mumbai house in which their close friends and family were invited. Soon after, they went to Rajasthan for a short vacation. They returned ahead of the New Year and were seen at the Siddhivinayak temple for the first time.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vicky Kaushal was most recently seen in 'Govinda Naam Mera' with Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. The film was a quirky murder mystery directed by Shashank Khaitan and released on Disney+Hotstar. This year, Vicky will be seen in Laxman Utekar’s next and Anand Tiwari's upcoming film besides Meghna Gulzar's 'Sam Bahadur'.

Katrina Kaif, on the other hand, was seen in 'Phone Bhoot' last year alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. She will next be seen in 'Tiger 3' with Salman Khan which is all set to release on Diwali this year. Katrina also has Sriram Raghavan's 'Merry Christmas' with Vijay Sethupathi and 'Jee Le Zara' with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra.
