TV actress Shamin Mannan to make COMEBACK on Colors TV

New Delhi: Popular TV actress Shamin Mannan was on a sabbatical from last 4 years. She rose to fame with Colors TV show ‘Sanskaar Darohar Apnon Ki’ with Jay Soni opposite her. Here is some good news for all the fans of Shamin. Actress is coming back on TV with a strong role. Shamin who took break from TV to work in films is back because she didn’t get any work. As per news in Bombay Times, Shamin is making comeback on Colors TV with ‘Kasam Tere Pyar Ki’ show. She will play the role of a negative lead in the show which recently took leap and lead actors Ssharad Malhotra-Kratika Sengar. Talking to BT, she said, “Since I wasn’t seen on TV, I lost connect with a lot of people in the industry. I was offered a few shows, but I didn’t find the roles interesting. The wait seemed endless and I was desperate to make a comeback. This show came to me at the right time. I was scared about getting typecast, but I viewed it as an opportunity to show a different side of me as an actor.”
Talking about her married life, Shamin said, “I haven’t faced any prejudice against married actresses on TV, but funnily, people can’t believe that I am married. They get surprised when I tell them that.” Shamin got married to her boyfriend Atul  last year in December.
