SHOCKING: After Pratyusha, another TV actress commits suicide!

New Delhi: Aspiring Bengali TV actress Puja Aich who attempted suicide by setting herself on the fire last week, succumbed to her injuries.  As per the reports, the actress who had worked in several Bengali daily soaps and movies as a junior and character artist suffered third-degree burn. She was rushed to the SSKM hospital by her in-laws and she was undergoing treatment since then. Puja's parents have filed a complaint against her in-laws accusing them of domestic violence. While talking to leading web portal DNA, the deceased actress’ father said, "Soon after the marriage, her in-laws did not like her working as an actress in the film industry. Her in-laws tortured her mentally and physically. Even the husband did not spare her. She had no other option, but had to take this grave step. I want her in-laws to be brought to book and justice be delivered to my daughter." "She wanted to be excel in the field of acting and aspired to be a top actress. We are the most unfortunate parents, who had to see their daughter die," he further added.
