Child artist Shaurya Shah, who played the role of original Kairav in Star Plus’ ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, turned a year older on May 21. Shaurya essayed the role of Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan’s on-screen son Kairav in ‘YRKKH’. However, he quit the show due to his health issues.

Shaurya's parents decorated his room with lights to surprise him.

Shaurya's family members and close friends wished him via zoom calls. It was a virtual reunion for the Shah family.

“Thank you my friends, family and well-wishers for making my birthday so special. Thank you for your posts and videos. I love you all,” Shaurya said in a special video message.
