REAVEALED! Drashti Dhami QUITS 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani!' Here's why!

Dhrashti Dhami who is working in Zee Tv's popular show ''Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani'' has decided to leave the show. Dhrashti who has been getting some great appreciation for the portrayal of ''Gayatri'' on the show has decided to call it quits and the reason behind it has been revealed! 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani' periodic drama which talked about the journey of Gayatri and Rana Ji is set to take an eight years leap. Post the leap, the makers of the show are deciding to focus on Ranaji and Gayatri's kids rather than the focus on Gayatri and Rana's love story. Also: DRASHTI DHAMI’S TOP FIVE CONTROVERSIES As per the reports on TellyChakkar, the hunt for the new star cast is already on and the the leap is expected to take place in the month of May. Drashti, herself confirmed about quitting the show. As per the reports in a daily, Drashti stated that she is not comfortable playing a mother at this point of time. Hence, she chose to move out of the project. Dhrashti also shared that post the show she is planning to spend some quality time with her husband Neerja Khemka in Europe. Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani airs Monday to Friday on Zee Tv. The show also stars Anita Raj, Surekha Sikri and Siddhant Karnick in lead roles.
