Remember we told you that actress Sanaya Irani is making a comeback on TV with show ‘Meenu Mausi’. But, now there is sad news for all the fans. According to the reports of leading entertainment portal Tellychakkar.com, Star Plus’s upcoming project ‘Meenu Mausi’ has been scrapped. Shocking but it’s true. Top TV actors Sanaya Irani and Harshad Chopda were making comeback on Tv with this show. It was also being said that show is based on bollywood film Hum Hain Raahi Pyar Ke. As per the source of Tellychakkar.com., “The show was taking too long to go on floors and the channel was getting quite flabbergasted. Although the team had shot the pilot recently but the channel did not quite approve of the casting leading to the makers withdrawing the show. As of now, Meenu Mausi has been shelved for an indefinite period, lets see if the makers and channel decide on reviving it.” Show has also roped in Hiten Tejwani and Chhavi Mittal who would have 3 kids and after their sudden death, Sanaya who plays the role of their Massi have to look after them. But, now we won’t be able to see this talented star cast on TV. Let’s hope they soon get another show and entertain their fans.
