OHH NO! ‘Ek Deewaana Tha’ to go OFF-AIR

New Delhi: These days life of TV shows is short lived. Rare are the serials which garner huge success and go on for next 3-4 years. Sony Entertainment Television’ show ‘Ek Deewana Tha’ started on a good note but gradually, show became monotonous. Moreover it was not able to garner good numbers on TRP charts. But it was an infinite show, so it had to go off-air after a  point of time. As per news in an entertainment portal, “Sony TV, will be associating with Ekta after a long time for the Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham remake and the channel has several other fiction shows coming soon.The first one in the current line-up of Sony TV to go off-air is none other than popular supernatural thriller show, Ek Deewaana Tha.” Earlier in the show, Namik Paul, Donal Bisht and Vikram Singh Chauhan went through a major change because of reincarnation track and just then Shivani Surve’s character was introduced. But now her character too in going to bid farewell to the show. As per India Forums, ‘Ek Deewana Tha’ will go off-air by the end of May 2018. On a related note, Namik Paul plays the role of Krish Khanna, Donal Bisht is seen as Radhika and Vikram Singh Chauhan as Aakash. Check out these wrap-up pictures from the set:
