Naamkarann: Daya to attempt SUICIDE!

New Delhi: Get ready to witness another big twist in Star Plus' new show 'Naamkarann'. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to keep viewers glued to their TV screens. In the upcoming episode, the creatives have planned something which will leave everyone shocked! Wondering what will happen next? Well, if reports are to be believed, Daya (Reema Lagoo) will attempt suicide. Reason? Ashish (Viraf Phiroz Patel)  and Avni's (Barkha Bisht) marriage. In a bid to stop their marriage, Daya will take this extreme step. Leading entertainment portal Tellychakkar quoted a source saying, “Daya will lock herself in a room and decide to set herself on fire. The worried family members will decide to set her free, but will fail to do so. Not knowing what to do next, they will call Ashish for help.” The ideal son Ashish will try to save her. In other news, veteran actor Alok Nath, known for his ‘Babuji’ image, might soon be seen in Mahesh Bhatt’s TV show. According to a source close to the show’s makers, the actor will be making a special appearance on the show. “The actor will be seen in a totally different light from his usual roles and he is going to make an appearance to set the path straight for Ashish (Viraf Patel) and Neela (Sayantani Ghosh) on the show,” said the source. The show, which is aired on Star Plus channel, revolves around the life of a young girl, Avni. The story of the show is progressive and will be questioning the social stigmas of society. It will explore the journey of a 10-year-old who carves her own identity and takes charge of her own destiny.
