Bigg Boss 18: Chahat Pandey's personal life has taken center stage in the ongoing season of ‘Bigg Boss 18’, with host Salman Khan sparking intrigue by suggesting she has a long-time boyfriend—a claim the actor has consistently denied. Adding fuel to the fire, self-proclaimed critic and actor Kamaal R Khan (KRK) shared a photo of Chahat with television actor Manas Shah, implying a romantic connection. Now, Manas Shah has stepped forward to address these rumours. 

Manas Shah denies dating Chahat

In a recent conversation with ETimes, Manas Shah categorically dismissed any romantic link with Chahat Pandey, clarifying that their association is purely professional. He explained, “Just because a picture of Chahat and me posing together has gone viral, it does not mean I am her mystery man. Chahat is a co-actor and a friend, but we hardly keep in touch. I have no romantic connection with her at all, and these rumours have started without anyone checking the facts.” 

Manas says he is single

Shah further said, “I am single and hoping to settle down in an arranged marriage. I do not have a girlfriend. It’s sad how people have assumed I am the boyfriend. The last time I was in the news was during Hamari Bahu Silk, when I raised concerns about revising the 90-day payment structure for TV actors. I am surprised that I am now suddenly being linked with Chahat.” 

The controversy also prompted a strong response from Chahat Pandey’s mother, who stated that Chahat has never had a boyfriend and would choose her life partner on her own terms. Taking her stance a step further, Chahat’s mother openly challenged the show’s makers, offering ₹21 lakh if they could produce evidence of her daughter’s alleged boyfriend.

Meanwhile, the competition on Bigg Boss 18 is heating up as the grand finale approaches on January 19. The recent "Ticket to Finale" task saw a fierce contest between Vivian Dsena and Chum Darang, with the housemates rallying behind their chosen favorites. Although Vivian emerged victorious, he later displayed a magnanimous gesture by requesting Bigg Boss to transfer the ticket to Chum Darang as an apology for his aggressive conduct during the task.
