Bigg Boss 18 finale: The 18th season of the reality show Bigg Boss kicked off with much fanfare on October 6, 2024, and has kept its audience glued for over three months. Host Salman Khan, during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode on Sunday, January 5, officially announced that the much-anticipated Grand Finale will take place on January 19, marking the end of another thrilling season. 

Nine contestants remaining 

As the show inches towards its conclusion, only nine contestants remain in the battle for the coveted trophy. The finalists include Karan Veer Mehra, Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh, Rajat Dalal, Chahat Pandey, Shilpa Shirodkar, Chum Darang, and Shrutika Arjun. Out of these, Rajat Dalal, Shrutika and Chahat are nominated this week and one of them will be out of the show.

When and where to watch the Bigg Boss 18 finale, winning amount, and more 

The winner of Bigg Boss 18 will walk away with a cash prize of approximately Rs 50 lakh and the prestigious trophy. As per tradition, the Grand Finale will feature a high-voltage showdown between the top two contestants, culminating in Salman Khan declaring the winner live on stage. While the exact timing of the finale hasn’t been disclosed, it’s expected to air on Colors TV at 9 PM and run for about three hours. For those who prefer streaming, the event will also be available on JioCinema. 

A season full of drama 

From its premiere to the upcoming finale, this season of Bigg Boss has been nothing short of dramatic. Starting with a total of 23 contestants, the show’s journey has seen many highs and lows. Apart from the current finalists, the initial lineup featured Kashish Kapoor, Sara Arfeen Khan, Arfeen Khan, Digvijay Singh Rathee, Edin Rose, Yamini Malhotra, Aditi Mistry, Alice Kaushik, Muskan Bamne, Tajinder Bagga, Shehzada Dhami, Nyrraa Banerjee, Hema Sharma, and Gunratan Sadavarte.
