In the promo, Aamir Khan asked Amitabh, "Do you remember the day you were born?” Amitabh looked blank. Aamir Khan then added, “Amitabh’s father has written details about the events that unfolded on actor’s birth day.” The actor then read out a piece from what seemed to be Harivansh Rai Bachchan’s biography.
“When Teji woke me up and said that she is having labour pains, it was an auspicious timing. I had a vivid dream and I was so amazed by it that I couldn’t stop myself from sharing it with Teji. In my half-sleep state, I told her, ‘Teji, you will have a boy and my father’s soul is coming in his form,'” Aamir read.
Harivansh Rai Bachchan died on January 18, 2003 when he was 95. The poet was known for works like 'Madhushala' and 'Agneepath'. Amitabh Bachchan often revisits his memories and writings of Harivansh.
