Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Shaheer Sheikh to play 'Anurag Basu' in the reboot version?

Soap-queen Ekta Kapoor is known for bringing in a revolution on TV with her super-hit ‘K’ serials like ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi kabhi Bahu Thi’, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kii’ and ‘Kahanii Ghar Ghar Kii’. According to SpotboyE, "Ekta (Balaji Telefilms) is looking for the main leads who can pull off the second part of her popular show which was the talk of town  from 2001-2008. The popular 'Star Plus' was the story of lovers Anurag & Prerna (Shweta Tiwari) who never reunited. Apart from them, the roles played by Ronit Roy & Urvashi Dholakia became popular too. Though the star-cast of show reboot version is not yet finalsed, the show might get on air in September 2018, reportedly. Shaheer Sheikh or the makers have not yet reacted on the same.
