Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy, who will be soon seen together in the film ‘Gold’ promoted their film on Madhuri Dixit’s Dance Deewane. The popular reality is one of the highest rated non-fictions shows on the small screen and Khiladi Kumar and the Naagin actress visited the sets to promote their much-awaited film. Akki reunited with his ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’ co-star Madhuri, who is judging the dance show along with ‘Dhadak’ director Shashank Khaitan and choreographer Tushar Kalia. The ‘PadMan’ actor and Mouni shot for an Independence Day special episode on Tuesday, which will air this weekend on Colors TV. Dance Deewane has become a popular hotspot for celebrities to promote their films. Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandes, Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor have graced the Arjun Bijlani hosted show as part of their film’s promotions. The diva is playing the role of Akshay’s wife in the Reema Kagti directorial. The Bengali beauty shares a close association with Colors TV and it would be interesting to see the original naagin perform on the show. Arjun and Mouni’s sizzling chemistry helped Naagin set the TRP ratings on fire and we just can’t wait to see their camaraderie once again. Talking about Khiladi Kumar, the actor is playing a hockey coach, Tapas Das who wishes see India win its first ever medal as an independent nation in the Olympics. ‘Gold’, which also stars Kunal Kapoor and Amit Sadh, will hit the silver screens on August 15.
