Devoleena Bhattacharjee just got married to her partner Shahnawaz and it appears her brother Andeep is not overjoyed with the marriage.
New Delhi: Television actor Devoleena Bhattacharjee recently tied the knot with her gym trainer boyfriend Shahnawaz Sheikh in a hush-hush wedding ceremony. Following the actor's wedding, her brother Andeep posted a cryptic note on social media.
“Self absorbed people only think about what makes them feel good at the moment. They don’t have any respect or regard for anyone else. Then they wonder why their relationships fail,” the post read.

Fans seem to think the post refers to Devoleena Bhattacharjee's marriage. In fact, an Instgaram user said it was bold of him to publicly disown his family. “It needs guts to publicly disown one of your own . May almighty Maa kaali always bless and protect you and your parents big bro,” the comment read.
While Devoleena's mother attended the wedding, neither her brother nor his wife could be found in the photos that were posted on social media.
Devoleena and her new spouse got married in a secret ceremony in Mumbai, and she reportedly plans to soon throw a party to formally introduce him to her fans. The actor shared a photograph on Instagram introducing Shahnawaz Sheikh after posting a set of photos from her wedding ceremonies.

The couple officiated the relationship on Wednesday in Mumbai by having a court marriage, which was followed by a private gathering in Lonavala.
On the work front, Devoleena Bhattacharjee rose to fame after her appearance in the soap opera 'Saath Nibhaaana Saathiya'. She has additionally featured in shows like 'Laal Ishq' and 'Sawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto'.
