Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput left for his heavenly abode on June 14, 2020. The ‘Dil Bechara’ actor was allegedly found hanging in his apartment in Mumbai. After SSR’s father lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and others, the investigation of his death case was transferred to the CBI. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) too joined the probe after drugs link emerged in the case.

The NCB arrested several people including Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty and others in the Bollywood-drugs mafia probe case linked to SSR's death. Rhea is currently out on bail after she got arrested by the agency.

Well, ahead of Sushant Singh Rajput’s first death anniversary on June 14, Rhea shared a cryptic post on her Instagram and wrote, “From great suffering, comes great strength! You’ll just have to trust me on this one.. Hang in there. Love Rhea.”

Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly died by suicide and the investigation of his death case is still ongoing. The reason for his death has not been yet announced officially.

The NCB arrested SSR’s friend Siddharth Pithani on Friday from Hyderabad in the drugs case. The NCB also filed a 12,000-page charge sheet earlier this year against 33 people including Rhea Chakraborty and others.

Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Rhea Chakraborty was last seen in the 2018 movie ‘Jalebi’. She will next be seen starring in ‘Chehre’ which features Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles.
