Reddit Roasts Game Changer's Makers Over Kiara Advani's Poster Look: She Should Sue...

It seems that many fans are not happy with Kiara’s characterisation in the Game Changer’s posters, with many calling her look ‘cakery’, blaming the photoshop and more.

As makers of 'Game Changer' build buzz around the release of the single Naanaa Hyraanaa, sung by Karthik and Shreya Ghoshal, which will happen on Thursday evening, November 28, 2024, netizens and Redditors are already obsessing over Kiara Advani's look from the Ram Charan film. It seems that many fans are not happy with Kiara’s characterisation in the film’s posters, with many calling her look ‘cakery’, blaming the photoshop and more.

How it all began

Ahead of the release of the film's third single, the makers had shared a promotional poster featuring Kiara Advani as an apsara. The poster led to a host of mixed reactions online, with several fans and netizens sharing their disapproval in the most blunt manner. Thanks to Kiara Advani's look, the visual treatment of Thaman S' track has had to suffer. Interestingly, fans are quite surprised with Kiara agreeing for a look and role like this when she is known to make stylish choices and impeccable fashion sense.

Fans reactions of Kiara Advani's Game Changer poster look

While many thought of Kiara's look from the film to be 'Bond girl' in nature, as was hinted by earlier posters, however, the new look has shocked and surprised everyone. Conversations on Reddit are going viral and creating meme fests across social media platforms.

It all began with a Reddit threat titled 'Wtf is this? ATP Kiara should just sue the game changer movie unit,”  netizens unanimously proclaimed how the creative team of 'Game Changer' had missed the mark when it came to Kiara's look.

“NOOOOO WAY IS THAT HER WTAF the first one is so so bad. Her eyebrows r so uneven, expression seems wrong and her makeup is so caked,” a fan commented on the look. “Bhai ye Kiara nahi ho sakti. That first pic, how did anyone approve it? Unless they want her to look bad on purpose,” said another.

“The first one looks ridiculously bad. It seems like her anti-fan edited her pictures,” another comment read.

Many fans also compared Kiara Advani's look to that of Deepika Padukone's iconic look from 'Om Shanti Om'. A netizen wrote, "Her first poster is giving cheap version of Deepika in OM shanti Om like wtf is this shit, it’s been in making for 3 years now and they did this." Another wrote, “I’m more distracted by the terrible photoshopping.

As many wait with baited breath, it remains to be seen how the music video will be received given the negative response to the poster.

Meanwhile, 'Game Changer' will be Kiara Advani's second Telugu film alongside Ram Charan, the first being Vinaya Vidheya Rama (2019).
