Ranbir Kapoor’s Niece Samara Sahni Welcomes ‘Mami’ Alia Bhatt With A Sweet Post

Alia’s mother-in-law Neetu commented, “Awww this is the sweetest” with heart emojis.

New Delhi: It was a fairytale wedding for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who tied the knot on April 14 in front of close family and friends. Alia Bhatt is the newest member of the Kapoor family to be welcomed into the clan by Ranbir Kapoor's 11-year-old niece Samara Sahni.

Samara Sahni, daughter of Ranbir Kapoor's sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and new niece of Alia Bhatt, sent the nicest message for her new ‘Mami’.

Samara posted two images of Ranbir and Alia from the wedding on her Instagram account, which is handled by Riddhima. One showed just the two of them, while the other included Samara, along with the family. This was her caption: “Welcome to the family Alia mami @aliaabhatt I love you so much.”

Alia’s mother-in-law Neetu commented, “Awww this is the sweetest” with heart emojis. Samara’s mom Riddhima also dropped a few love emojis in the comment section.

While filming Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, Alia and Ranbir started dating. The couple chose to commit to one another after dating for over five years. Finally, on September 9, the long-awaited film will be released.

Earlier last week, Alia began shooting for Karan Johar's ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.' Darlings, Jee Le Zaraa, Brahmastra, and her Hollywood debut, Heart of Stone, are also in the works.

In contrast, Ranbir Kapoor will shortly begin shooting Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal, which is scheduled for release in December. He also has an unnamed project with Luv Ranjan on the go.
