Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Daughter Doesn't Want To Go Back To Dubai - Report
Nawazuddin Siddiqui's children have been missing school due to the prolonged court struggle.
New Delhi: Recently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been at the centre of many incidents. The actor is engaged in a bitter legal struggle with his estranged wife Aaliya, with whom he is battling a divorce and a property dispute lawsuit. The actor's young children may be suffering as a result of this. The actor claimed his children were missing school in the United Arab Emirates in a habeas corpus case.
The two children of Nawazuddin and Aaliya are a girl named Shora and a boy named Yani. The kids have been living in Dubai with their mom since Nawaz and Aaliya's conflict, and they just moved to Mumbai. The actor's children have been missing school due to the prolonged court struggle. A judge in Bombay recently ruled that the children must return to Dubai to continue their schooling there.
According to the Times of India, Shora doesn’t want to return to Dubai. “Shora feels she will be bullied there. This entire incident has taken a toll on her and Aaliya has been taking her for therapy sessions, too. Shora wants to stay with her mother but the matter is still pending before the court,” the source quote.
Nawazuddin and Aaliya Siddiqui have been engaged in a legal battle for a few months now. Aaliya levelled serious allegations against the actor, including rape charges and throwing her and their kids out of the house. Nawaz also replied to her claims in a statement alleging her of doing this for money.
Married in 2009, the couple has been in the limelight for more than a month, hurling allegations at each other on various domestic and personal issues and their children, daughter Shora and son Yaani.
In January 2022, Nawazuddin's mother filed a police complaint against Aaliya for allegedly trespassing into the actor's home and she lodged a counter-complaint against her mother-in-law alleging domestic violence.
