Arjun Reddy Hindi remake: Kiara Advani to replace Tara Sutaria opposite Shahid Kapoor!

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoo, who is getting good reviews for his performance in the recently released film 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', will soon start shooting for his next film 'Arjun Reddy' hindi remake. The versatile actor was all set to romance Tara Sutaria in the film but the  'Student of the Year 2' actress opted out of 'Arjun Reddy' hindi remake due to shift in the release of her debut film opposite Tiger Shroff. Now the latest reports suggest that, makers have roped in Kiara Advani for the film after Tara's exit. 'Arjun Reddy' was originally made in Telugu and is considered as one of the path-breaking films in Tollywood. The Telugu film was written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and he is helming the hindi remake too. Shahid Kapoor, who recently became a father for the second time and recently welcomed baby boy Zain Kapoor into his family, has grown a full-beard for his role in the hindi remake of 'Arjun Reddy. 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' actor REVEALS Shahid Kapoor will be stepping into actor Vijay Deverakonda’s shoes in the remake which is expected to go on the floors soon and will the screens next year on 21st June. For the uninitiated, 'Arjun Reddy' is also being remade in Tamil titled 'Varma' which will mark the debut of Vikram’s son Dhruv in films. Also, he recently announced another film which is a biopic based on boxer Dingko Singh's life. To be directed by 'Airlift' director Raja Krishna Menon, the film will go on floors next year.
