Payal, while talking to ABN Telugu, had alleged that Anurag Kashyap told her that several actresses, who worked with him, are a call away. Richa Chadha sent Ghosh a legal notice after her name was dragged into the matter.
“No woman should misuse their liberties to harass other women with unsubstantiated or non-existent, false and baseless allegations. Our Client has initiated appropriate legal action and shall further pursue her legal rights and remedies in law as may be advised in her best interest,” Richa said in a statement after Payal made the sensational claims.
The ‘Panga’ actress has now shared that the legal notice has been delivered to Payal Ghosh. She had earlier said that Ghosh didn’t accept the legal notice after a member from her team went to deliver the hard copy of the notice.
“Legal notice has been delivered to Ms Ghosh. Last evening, even as the Press was allowed to go upstairs and continue interviewing her, the lawyer’s person was stopped at the gate.
