5 days before his marriage, Mithun's son Mimoh faces RAPE CHARGES!

New Delhi: A Delhi court ordered registration of FIR against Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay who's marriage is around the corner and his mother Yogita Bali on charges of rape, fraud and for causing miscarriage without woman’s consent. 5 days before Mimoh was set to get married to Madalsa Sharma i.e. July 7th, a woman filed a complaint against him accusing him of getting into a physical relationship with her on the pretext of false claims of marriage. The actress working in Bhojpuri film industry in her statement has alleged that Mimoh got into a physical relationship with her in April 2015 when she went to her house to meet him. She also alleged that both of them continued to remain in touch after that and Mahaakshay gave her abortion pills when she got pregnant, saying it would be detrimental for her career. Mahaakshay made her Hindi film debut with the  film Jimmy, which turned out to be a box office failure. The actor has been part of movies like Haunted -3D, Loot, Enemmy and Ishqedarriyaan. He will tie the knot with Madalsa Sharma, who acted in films like Angel and Samrat & Co. Madalsa is the daughter of film and television actress Sheela Sharma.
