Esha Deol Wishes Mom Hema Malini On Her Birthday, Calls Her 'A Divine Lady'

New Delhi: Hema Malini has appeared in several iconic films over the course of her illustrious career. The seasoned actress is about to enter another year of her life as she celebrates her 75th birthday today. Her fans are sending their best wishes on social media. Hema Malini's daughter Esha Deol sent a touching birthday message in which she professed her mother's incomparable status as a "dream girl". 

Esha Deol celebrated her mother, Hema Malini's birthday by posting two beautiful photos of the two of them on her Instagram account. In the photos, the mother and daughter posed for the camera looking lovely in their ethnic attires. Hema was radiant in a bright yellow saree embellished with pink flowers and framed by a wide border. She accessorised with a necklace and studs that matched her outfit. Esha, on the other hand, wore a gajra-adorned hairstyle and a beige suit.

She captioned the photos, “Happy birthday mamma Celebrating you today & forever.. a divine lady who lives life on her own terms with utmost grace & dignity.. a powerhouse.. Hema reflected on her life and told HT, “I have been so busy working all these years that I didn’t even realise where the time went by. I am 75 today, I can’t believe it myself! But age is just a number. It depends on how you look after yourself, if others are inspired by the work you do. That’s life. I do the work that I get, spend time with my children and grandchildren. Life is beautiful.”

The actress also discussed how her husband Dharmendra surprised her. To celebrate Hema's birthday, the actor made a special trip to India from the United States to spend time with her.
