Dilip Kumar And Naseeruddin Shah Health Update: Veteran Actors Might Get Discharged Next Week

Now, according to the latest update, ABP News has received information that both Dilip Kumar and Naseeruddin Shah might get discharged from the hospital next week. Read on for more details.

Mumbai: Veteran Bollywood actors Dilip Kumar and Naseeruddin Shah were admitted to Hinduja Hospital a few days back. While Dilip Kumar was admitted to the hospital after he complained of breathlessness, Naseeruddin Shah is in the hospital after he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Both the actors have since then been undergoing treatment in the same hospital.

Now, according to the latest update, ABP News has received information that both the actors might get discharged from the hospital next week.

Giving information to ABP News, a source close to Dilip Kumar said that his health is much better and stable but he is still kept under the supervision of doctors in the ICU. The source further told ABP News that Dilip Kumar has to stay in the hospital for a few more days and may be discharged from the hospital next week.

Meanwhile, Naseeruddin Shah is also showing a lot of improvement in his health. While talking to ABP News, Shah's secretary Jairaj said that he will have to stay in the hospital for a few days and he may be discharged from the hospital on Monday.

Ratna Pathak Shah, actress and wife of Naseeruddin Shah, also told ABP News that a patch of pneumonia was found in his lungs due to which he has been admitted to the hospital but there is nothing to worry about him.

Dilip Kumar was earlier admitted to the hospital on June 6 due to difficulty in breathing and was discharged on June 11 after a minor surgery was done to remove the water accumulated in his lungs. But due to difficulty in breathing again, he was again admitted to the same hospital on 29 June.
