At one point, comedian Lilly Singh makes an appearance, passing by Uorfi and inquiring, "What are you wearing?" Uorfi responds with a touch of humour, declaring, "Shirt-up," in reference to her ensemble crafted entirely from shirts.

Lilly Singh also shared the video on her Instagram story, expressing her admiration for the inspiring Uorfi Javed.
