About Shahid Kapoor's apartment
The couple had initially purchased the luxurious property in May 2024 for ₹58.6 crore. Located in the upscale Three Sixty West complex in Worli, the apartment is part of a premium development by Oberoi Realty.
According to Square Yards, the apartment, which offers a carpet area of 5,395 sq ft and a built-up area of 6,175.42 sq ft, also includes three dedicated parking spaces. The lease, registered in November 2024, is set for a 60-month term and required a security deposit of ₹1.23 crore.
Spread across 1.58 acres, Three Sixty West features ready-to-move-in 4 and 5 BHK apartments and is known for its luxurious amenities. The property is expected to yield an average gross rental return of 4-5% for the Kapoors.
Shahid Kapoor's upcoming projects
Meanwhile on the work front, Shahid's upcoming movie 'Deva' will be released on February 14, 2025. Also featuring Pooja Hegde, this action thriller is produced by Roy Kapur Films, in partnership with Zee Studios.
In the film, Kapoor takes on the role of a sharp yet rebellious police officer, while Hegde plays the character of a journalist. 'Deva' also stars actor Pavail Gulati in a significant role.
Apart from this, the actor has also teamed up with filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj for his next film. They have earlier worked together in films such as 'Kaminey' (2009), 'Haider' (2014), and 'Rangoon' (2017).
Talking about the film, the actor told PTI, "It’s the most accessible and relatable subject that we’ve chosen. Sometimes we’ve chosen extremely intense subjects which would be dark and broody, but this is a lot more open and a lot more people would be interested in this subject."
Shahid called working with Vishal Bhardwaj challenging. “Some of my best work is with him. He is the reason why I was able to discover myself in a different avatar as an actor, apart from just being seen in a certain space. It’s a privilege to work with Vishal sir,” Kapoor added.
