According to Pakistani journalist Waheed Khan, a cricketer from the national team allegedly purchased three high-quality bats from a cricket store in New Jersey during the 2024 T20 World Cup but never paid for them before returning home.

Despite multiple attempts by the store owner to contact the player for payment, all calls and messages have reportedly gone unanswered.
