Pakistan Cricketer Fails To Pay For Bats Bought In US During T20 World Cup

Pakistan cricket has once again found itself in controversy, this time over an unusual and embarrassing incident. According to Pakistani journalist Waheed Khan, a cricketer from the national team allegedly purchased three high-quality bats from a cricket store in New Jersey during the 2024 T20 World Cup but never paid for them before returning home.

Despite multiple attempts by the store owner to contact the player for payment, all calls and messages have reportedly gone unanswered.

This revelation has sparked widespread speculation on social media, with fans debating which cricketer might be involved. Players like Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Saim Ayub, and Fakhar Zaman were part of the squad, but no names have been confirmed.

Although no concrete evidence has surfaced, social media buzz suggests that an unnamed Pakistani cricketer - possibly Babar Azam - allegedly failed to pay for three cricket bats.

Nawaz made history by recording the fastest T20I century for Pakistan, reaching the milestone in just 44 balls. His explosive knock helped Pakistan chase down the 205-run target in just 16 overs.
