After a seven-storey residential building caught on fire, a 43-year-old man was charred to death, in Gujarat's Vadodara city on Saturday morning. The incident occurred around 9:30 am likely due to a short circuit in a flat on the fifth floor of the Vinayak Society building in the Sayajipura locality
