Ileana D’Cruz, who welcomed her first child, Koa Phoenix Dolan, with husband Michael Dolan in 2023, has now confirmed that she is expecting again. The actress, known for films like 'Rustom' and 'Raid,' subtly hinted at her second pregnancy in a lighthearted social media post.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Ileana shared a late-night snap featuring packets of puffcorn snacks and antacid chews, timestamped at 12:43 am. Adding a touch of humour, she captioned it, “Tell me you’re pregnant without telling me you’re pregnant..” Fans quickly picked up on the message, congratulating the soon-to-be mother of two. 

Speculation about Ileana’s second pregnancy has been making rounds for a while. Earlier, in January 2025, she posted a year-end video montage, highlighting special moments spent with her husband and their son. One particular clip from October showed the actress holding a pregnancy test with an emotional expression. Alongside the video, she wrote, “Love. Peace. Kindness. Ileana had announced her first pregnancy in April 2023 with an adorable Instagram post featuring a tiny onesie. She captioned it, "Coming soon. Can't wait to meet you, my little darling." Later, in August of the same year, she introduced her newborn to the world with a heartfelt note. Sharing the first photo of Koa, she wrote, “Introducing Koa Phoenix Dolan. Born on August 1, 2023. No words could explain how happy we are to welcome our darling boy to the world. Heart’s beyond full.” 

Reflecting on her pregnancy journey, Ileana had shared an emotional post recalling the day she found out about her first pregnancy. “One year ago today, my little baby boy was the size of a tiny little poppy seed growing inside me. I remember the feelings going through me—the excitement, the nerves, this overwhelming need to protect him and keep him safe,” she wrote.
