Veteran actor Anupam Kher recently fell victim to a robbery at his office on Veera Desai Road in Mumbai. On Thursday, the actor took to Instagram to inform his followers about the incident, sharing a video of the broken door filmed by his staff before they contacted the police.

In his Instagram post, Anupam detailed the robbery, explaining that two thieves broke into his office the previous night. They managed to break through two doors and stole the entire safe from the Accounts Department, which they likely couldn't open, as well as the negative of a film produced by his company that was stored in a box. He assured followers that his staff had promptly filed an FIR.

He wrote in the caption, “Last night, two thieves broke two doors of my office at the Veera Desai Road and stole the entire safe from the Accounts Department (which probably they couldn’t break) and negative of a film produced by our company which was in a box. Our staff has got an FIR done.” He added, “Police have assured thieves will be caught very soon as the CCTV of our office has recorded the thieves leaving in an auto with the stolen items. May God give them wisdom. This video was made by my staff before the police came!”
