Bihar MLA And Relative Of Sushant Singh Thankful To SC, Says Justice Will Prevail

The relative of Sushant Singh Rajput and a BJP MLA Niraj Singh Babloo has thanked the Supreme Court on its decision to transfer the case to CBI. He said now he is confident that justice will be done.

Sushant Singh Rajput News: The relative of Sushant Singh Rajput and a BJP MLA Niraj Singh Babloo has thanked the Supreme Court on its decision to transfer the case to CBI. According to information by ANI, he sad that he is tahnkful to SC and all those who stood up for justice. “Our family thanks the Supreme Court, and all those who were a part of this movement for justice. Now, we are certain that Sushant will get justice,” said Niraj Singh Babloo, Bihar BJP MLA & relative. The Supreme Court on Wednesday said the CBI will investigate actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. The apex court said the FIR registered by Bihar Police is correct, reference to CBI is lawful. It observed that the Bihar government is competent enough to transfer case to CBI for investigation. A bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy delivered the judgment. The 34-year-old actor was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.Rajput's family has welcomed the verdict and is hopeful that the actor will get justice. The Centre had earlier told the top court that it had accepted the recommendation of Bihar government for CBI probe into the FIR lodged at Patna by Rajput's father who believes Rhea Chakraborty and six others of various offences should be charged for of suicide. Chakraborty's lawyer had argued that FIR lodged by Rajput's father has absolutely no connection with any offence in Patna and there was considerable delay of around 38 days in its lodging.
