New Delhi: It seems like Bigg Boss 16 will begin airing on October 2, 2022. The controversial reality show hosted by Salman Khan will be shot in Mumbai, and makers are already signing up candidates. The Bengali actress and Lok Sabha MP Nusrat Jahan has reportedly been contacted for the show. However, both the broadcaster and the actress's reps are remaining mum about the situation.

The stunning Bengali has been the darling of scandal for quite some time. She found herself in the middle of a controversy as rumours spread that she was romantically involved with Kader, one of the Park Street rape suspects. However, the actress has refuted all of the accusations.

A mother to a boy Yishaan, the actress is a busy working parent. She has been dating actor Yash Dasgupta for a while, and they welcomed a kid into the world only a year ago. Actress's initial refusal to reveal her son's biological father also caused widespread confusion. There has been no announcement of a wedding between Nusrat Jahan and Yash.

A number of film shootings, commercials, and other ventures fill up Nusrat Jahan's schedule. We'll have to watch to see how she books audiences for a play that runs for three months. 

Previously, a user on Instagram posted a few photographs and claimed that makers are working on the set of Bigg Boss 16. Based on the photographs, the show's colour scheme seems to be aqua, with plenty of gold and blue accents. Whether these are authentic photographs of the Bigg Boss 16 sets or not is a matter of debate.

A number of well-known celebrities, including Divyanka Tripathi, Sanaya Irani, and Arjun Bijlani, are said to be considering participation in Bigg Boss 16.
