Aryan Khan Drug Case: No Bail For Shah Rukh Khan’s Son Yet, Hearing To Continue Today

A special court in Mumbai court adjourned the hearing of bail plea filed by Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan till Thursday.
Aryan Khan bail application to be heard tomorrow(October 14,2021) after 11 AM.
With this update, Aryan will continue to remain in jail for at least one more night. Aryan Khan, along with several others, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 2 following a raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
Earlier today, the NCB filed a reply in court opposing Aryan Khan's bail plea. In an affidavit filed by the NCB on Wednesday, the investigative agency opposed the bail plea saying that the probe so far has revealed his role in the conspiracy and illicit procurement and consumption of drugs.
A Mumbai Magistrate court had on October 7 sent Aryan Khan and seven others to judicial custody for 14 days.
On October 8, the Esplanade court rejected the bail plea of Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, in relation to the drugs seized following an NCB raid at a party on the Cordelia Cruise ship.
After his bail plea was rejected on October 8, the case has come to a special NDPS court and the hearing will continue tomorrow.

The NCB had stated that it recovered drugs like 13 grams cocaine, 21 gms charas, 5 gms MD, and 22 MDMA pills in the operation from the accused, most of whom are linked to the glamour and entertainment industry.
Later, in the past few days, another 10 persons have been arrested for their alleged involvements in the rave party, including four from a Delhi-based event management company which had chartered the Cordelia Cruise ship for the Mumbai-Goa voyage.
