New Delhi: Actress Alia Bhatt has announced her first pregnancy with husband Ranbir Kapoor. The actress took to her Instagram to announce the news by sharing an adorable post with fans. The couple tied the knot on April 14, 2022.
Alia and Ranbir's marriage became the big bollywood wedding of the year, despite the couple keeping it a private ceremony with their wedding taking place at Ranbir's home 'Vastu' in the presence of their family members and close friends.
On Monday, June 27, Alia surprised everyone by sharing a picture to announce her pregnancy. In the picture, Alia can be seen lying on a hospital bed while husband Ranbir Kapoor sits beside her. The couple is looking at the screen while Alia's ultra sonography takes place. Alia covered the image on the screen with a big red heart emoji. In another slide, the 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' actress shared a picture of a lion family huddled together.
Announcing her first pregnancy with husband Ranbir Kapoor, Alia wrote, "Our baby ….. coming soon ♾❤️✨"

As soon as Alia shared the post, wishes started pouring in from all corners. Ranbir's sister Riddhima Kapoor reacted on Alia's post with red heart emojis. She also shared a picture of the couple on her Instagram and wrote, "My babies are having a baby. I love you both so much."
Alia's mother and actress Soni Razdan congratulated the couple as she wrote, "Congratulations Mama and Papa lion ❤️❤️❤️."
The couple's 'Brahmastra' co-star Mouni Roy also showered her blessings on the couple nad congratulated them.
Alia and Ranbir will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra'.
