Ajay Devgn Opens Up About Daughter Nysa's Bollywood Debut

Many have been anticipating the Bollywood debut of Ajay and Kajol's daughter, Nysa Devgn and here's what daddy Ajay has to say about it.

New Delhi: It's no secret that Bollywood is a hotbed for star kids. As their parents, they've been following in their footsteps and putting out some fantastic films.

We've seen actresses like Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor making their ways into films. Many have been anticipating the Bollywood debut of Ajay and Kajol's daughter, Nysa Devgn. In Nysa's instance, both her paternal and maternal grandparents worked in the entertainment industry, therefore she is destined to follow in their footsteps.

In a recent interview, Ajay Devgn discussed the upcoming Bollywood debut of his daughter Nysa Devgan. His 19-year-old daughter is now studying overseas.

In an interview with Film Companion, the ‘Golmaal’ actor was asked the same topic and he answered, "Forget my daughter… I don’t know if she wants to come into this line because till this moment she’s shown disinterest. Anything can change anytime with the children. I don’t know. She is abroad, studying right now.”

He also discussed the younger generation of actors and stated, "The newer generation is well prepared as they know how to speak, how to behave, how to handle social media and everything else. Our problem is that we have to kind of compete with them to stay relevant."

Ajay Devgn is eagerly awaiting the release of 'Runway 34', a film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh. Captain Vikrant Khanna (Ajay) is being examined by Narayan Vedant (Amitabh) for his conduct of the aircraft under risky conditions in the thriller movie. The movie is planned to be released around Eid on April 29.
