Haryana Assembly Elections 2024: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its final candidate list for the Haryana Assembly polls 2024, with the saffron party fielding Rohtash Jangra from Sirsa; Kanwar Singh Yadav from Mahendragarh; and Satish Fagna from Faridabad NIT. The party released its first list of 67 nominees for the 90-member Assembly on September 4, according to which Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will contest from the Ladwa Assembly constituency.

In its second list announced on Tuesday, BJP fielded Captain Yogesh Bairagi from Julana, from where star Congress candidate and Olympian wrestler Vinesh Phogat is eyeing her political debut. The ruling BJP is eyeing a third consecutive term in the state, with the top party leaders, including Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar -- Haryana CM Saini's predecessor -- and others exuding confidence of bagging a majority when the results will be declared
