SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024: Provisional Answer Key Expected Soon On ssc.gov.in

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the provisional answer key of the SSC GD Constable Exam 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to soon check and download the SSC GD Answer Keys from the official website - ssc.gov.in, once released. With the help of the SSC GD provisional answer key, candidates will be able to analyse their responses and performance in the written exam, through the answer key. Candidates may note that the SSC GD Answer Key which seems to be around the corner is very likely to be ‘provisional’ in nature, and the SSC is also expected to accept challenges/ objections from candidates against the provisional answer key within a given time frame. 

Earlier, the SSC conducted the written examination for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024 on February 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, March 1, 5, 6, 7, 11, and 12, 2024. The exam was held in the online CBT (Computer Based Test) mode at designated exam centres across the country. The exam paper consisted of a total of 200 questions and candidates were allowed a maximum time limit of 2 hours to attempt all questions. 

Those who clear the written examination shall move towards the further selection processes. vNotably, the SSC is conducting the GD Constable Recruitment Drive 2024 to fill a total of 26,146 vacancies for the post of GD  in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR). 

The SSC will select candidates for the recruitment through a multi-stage selection process which would include: Computer Based Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Medical Examination and Document Verification.
